I sometimes have to wonder, where common sense has flown to. A kid wears a shirt to school that has NRA on it, and the school calls the police, because the kid wouldn’t change the t-shirt. The police arrest the kid for obstructing an officer, because he was talking????? I worked with the NYC PD for a couple of years back in the 1970′s I can’t believe that officers of the law have gone so far to the left of common sense that they would first: arrest the kid and second that they would charge him with obstruction of an officer, because he was talking too much.
This story is at the website of WTRF 7 The DA and the Court thought this had merit and so the case will go forward. It has a possible fine up $500, and up to 1 year in jail. Now I have to admit, there are so many other possible crimes out there that I cannot fathom why this is even on the radar. It is a ludicrous case, on its face it makes no sense. I find the cop who filed and the DA who agreed as well as the idiot judge to be reprehensible people. I also find the school district without any brains whatsoever. If a T-Shirt interferes with learning, what kind of teacher is that who cannot interest their students in their lessons?
I also find it interesting that neither the school nor the Police were willing to give a statement, the DA basically ignored the reporter, and then at the end of the film you see that someone came over to cover the lens of the camera. Our nation seems to have lost its way, this is just one example of how screwed up our schools and our legal system have become.

I find myself wondering if the people who speak of Islam as a religion of peace have ever read the Koran or any of the Hadith. I want to share some of this with you who may read my blog and let you decide if this seems to be a peaceful religion or not.
Quran (4:74) – “Let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Whoso fighteth in the way of Allah, be he slain or be he victorious, on him We shall bestow a vast reward.” Just to let you know, these martyrs of Islam, are unlike the martyrs of Christianity who were led to slaughter praying for their enemies. These are ones who are killed in battle, fighting to kill all who are not Muslims.
Quran (5:33) - “The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement” Pretty self-explanatory.
Quran (8:12) – “I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them” How can one think that this is peaceful, or self-defense?
Quran (9:29) – “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”
People of the Book, Christians and Jews. Muslims are to kill or subdue and make slaves of all who are not of their own faith.
Quran (17:16) – “And when We wish to destroy a town, We send Our commandment to the people of it who lead easy lives, but they transgress therein; thus the word proves true against it, so We destroy it with utter destruction.” It is interesting that before 9/11, Osama Bin Laden issued an invitation to become a part of Islam to America.
Quran (61:10-12) – “O You who believe! Shall I guide you to a commerce that will save you from a painful torment. That you believe in Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad ), and that you strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allah with your wealth and your lives, that will be better for you, if you but know! (If you do so) He will forgive you your sins, and admit you into Gardens under which rivers flow, and pleasant dwelling in Gardens of ‘Adn – Eternity ['Adn (Edn) Paradise], that is indeed the great success.”
The following are from the Hadith:
Bukhari (52:177) – Allah’s Apostle said, “The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. “O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.”
Bukhari (52:256) – The Prophet… was asked whether it was permissible to attack the pagan warriors at night with the probability of exposing their women and children to danger. The Prophet replied, “They (i.e. women and children) are from them (i.e. pagans).” Innocent or not, kill them all!
Abu Dawud (14:2526) – The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: Three things are the roots of faith: to refrain from (killing) a person who utters, “There is no god but Allah” and not to declare him unbeliever whatever sin he commits, and not to excommunicate him from Islam for his any action; and jihad will be performed continuously since the day Allah sent me as a prophet until the day the last member of my community will fight with the Dajjal (Antichrist)
Bukhari (8:387) – Allah’s Apostle said, “I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah’. And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally.”
Let us stop trying to make Islam what we want it to be and recognize instead that it is a religion and a way of life, that requires the death of slavery of any and all who are not Muslim. There are too many politicians who are afraid to say anything negative about this religion that is spread by force, by slaughter of those who do not believe it. Wake up America, there is a coming a day when many will die because our political class will not secure our borders, nor admit that this is the aim of these folks. Utter subjection of all people on earth under the caliphate of Islam and the law of Sharia.

Fox News reporter James Rosen has been named as a Co-conspirator in a criminal case involving the release of information from 2009. The story is here. Now it seems to me that Rosen just reported what he had found out, from a briefing perhaps or from a source that he had cultivated. It really doesn’t matter, it appears that the original leaker has already been arrested and is serving time for the release of the information. Meanwhile the Obama Administration is attempting to stifle the freedom of the press. Obama claims to be a man who really believes in the freedom of the press, as set forth in the 1st Amendment to the Constitution.
If this were true, why is the DOJ trumping up charges against reporters and going after their personal emails, and telephone calls. Could it be that this White House is lying about wanting a free press? I know that they don’t want law abiding citizens to legally own firearms, why do we think they might want like a free press? Check out the story, then maybe you might be angry enough to write to your congressperson and your senators.

Breitbart News reports on the new Justice Department Report on gun violence, the report deals with the years 1993 to 2011 and shows the hype of Congress and the Press to be just that HYPE.
During this time period the “Assault Weapons Ban” expired and Americans began to purchase handguns. The Supreme Court overturned outright gun bans and individual states lessened gun control restrictions and issued shall issue carry laws.
During this same time period gun crimes went down, here are some of the stats in this report:
A. Gun related murders dropped 40%; from 18,253 to 11,101. For Black Americans it dropped 51%.
B. School Shootings in this time period dropped by almost a third, from 29 to 20.
C. Background checks is also a straw man that has been made up out of thin air. Less than one percent of state prisoners caught with a gun purchased it at a gun show. Moreover, who knows how many of those might have passed or did pass a background check.

I have to say I enjoyed the article written John Nolte. We need to know that an armed populace is a much safer populace. I hope you will read both the article and the report for yourself.

I read a wonderful story about a company leasing space at a new Space Port, not airport, in New Mexico. I was glad to read that one, it is a good piece of news, that I wish the MSM would pick up and report on. This is the second company to lease space and prepare to move forward in space, and re-usable space craft. The plans are to perfect their space craft that will allow people to go into space and return in the same vehicle. That of course was the idea behind the Shuttle program that NASA used, but never improved upon and moved to the next level.
The good thing about this is that we have entrepreneurs who are working to move into the future that our government has abandoned. Bravo to these imaginative people. We landed on the moon so many years ago and have never capitalized on that knowledge that we gained in doing so. I really thought back then that we were on the way to the exploration of our Solar System, and beyond. Instead we decided to get ourselves off on a different track, and here we are the government (NASA) is more involved in catering to Muslim people to buck up their self-esteem. I thought that NASA was supposed to be working on moving us into the next section in our exploration of space. At the same time I am actually happy to see NASA taking a back seat to innovators in the private sector, maybe we will actually start a colony on the moon, and Mars and move out into space to look at the tremendous wonder that is the universe. It is a good thing to get rid of bureaucrats, whose sole purpose is to increase their own fiefdom, and move on to the age of innovation and private industry. It was private industry that moved our nation into the powerhouse it had become and will again do so if left alone by the rapacious government that wants to control everything and ends up stifling innovation.
Time will tell of course, but I think it is a wonderful thing for our nation and for the State of New Mexico.
I read this post made by a soldier in our National Guard: I find this to be quite interesting, as I have written before questioning why DHS needs so much ammunition, and now finally some Senators and some news outlets are beginning to wonder as well. DHS currently has 263 million rounds in storage, that is more than what they bought in 2010 and 2011. It gives each DHS officer 1000 rounds just for practice while our National Guard troops have less than 100 rounds. Hello? Who is going to war? When our troops don’t have enough ammo to keep up their ability to kill the enemy, then our troops are decidedly in harms way.
It appears that DHS is becoming some kind of army within our country, why is that? I ask the same question when the Obama administration takes down the Radar System along the border, which helps to spot low flying aircraft, and missiles coming across our border, because they can’t afford it? Then we find out that the system is being moved to Washington D. C. to protect the White House. To hell with the country, we have to protect our Emperor/Dictator. Perhaps that is why DHS needs that ammunition, so they can wage war against the citizens of this country, along with the drones that can kill from the air.
Call me paranoid if you want, but it sure does seem strange to me that I can’t even buy 20 rounds of .22 caliber long rifle but DHS can buy millions of rounds of whatever they want. Better learn how to hand load, it will be the only way you can supply your own ammo, so you can protect yourself against those who would kill you and your family. Stand up and protest these assaults against our own people, our National Guard needs to be able to fight against enemies that might come across our unprotected border, HAMAS happens to have people in Mexico, teaching the cartels how to kill and maim. Nothing is stopping them from entering this country, wake up America, time is short, and we are heading down a really steep decline.

At Townhall.com Kevin glass reports that Grassley from Iowa and Cruz from TX have authored a new gun bill, the difference with this bill is it makes some sense. What these two Senators are trying to have happen is that existing law will be enforced. What a strange idea, that we would actually want the government to enforce the laws already on the books. Of course they also want to restrict the government from another “Fast and Furious.”
One of the things that is supposed to be a part of the NICS system is convictions (felony) and mental illness which has not been reported in many states at all. In the case of the last few nuts who killed innocent folks, they had issues that were never reported. Sen. Grassley is very concerned about this, and said; “I’ve been very interested in the mental health aspect of this debate, so we include provisions to study and address that issue.” Also Sen. Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire is co-sponsoring this bill.
These Senators want to improve and reauthorize grants for the NICS database. Require Federal Courts to submit relevant info to NICS, that is a part of wanting the government to support the and enforce laws, it is a shame when the Federal Courts won’t support the law of the land. The also ask that mental health records are submitted to NICS, many States have ignored that requirement. Federal Grant money will not go to states that do not submit mental health records to NICS. Increase fed prosecution of gun violence. Also we need to see prosecution of those people who are caught lying on their statements regarding trying to purchase guns.
There are many other provisions that do not infringe on 2nd Amendment rights, but do place the onus on those who are tasked to provide law enforcement. Also to basically force the DOJ to do the job it is tasked to do, and stop the political focus of prosecution or lack of same.
